Pinnacle was founded by its current two principals, Joe Duysen, President and Richard Morgan, Vice President, in 1995 as a Nebraska Corporation. Pinnacle Homes has built over 200 homes in the metro and surrounding area since 1995. Joe Duysen has made home construction a lifetime occupation, first, as a framing contractor and then as a finish carpenter. Joe and his brother Jack trim 90% of Pinnacle Homes themselves, plus do all of the cedar decks. In addition, Joe manages the entire job site with hundreds of odd jobs thrown in to keep things running smoothly. Richard Morgan, a real estate agent since 1971, manages the day to day finances, strategic planning involving designs, subdivisions and inventory. He is also in charge of marketing and sales of Pinnacles new homes and existing homes of many of our customers. Richard is associated with CBS Home Real Estate and has sold over 225 million in his real estate career sales since 1971. |
