Pinnacle Homes, Inc. provides the best warranty in the industry. Pro Home Warranty is a third party warranty company that actually does the final walk thru with the customer. They then have a 30 day review after closing and possession to address any new issues after move in. At eleven months, Pro Home has a final walk thru and review with the home owner.

Pro Home schedules repairs and has bi-weekly reviews with Joe Duysen, President of Pinnacle Homes, Inc.

Pinnacle is really a “custom builder”. The homeowner is able to choose 90% of all colors, etc. throughout the building process.
